Fresh is the all-day dining outlet in Thistle Port Dickson Resort. Besides serving breakfast to in-house guests, the casual dining restaurant is also open the public for lunch and dinner. Its à la carte menu features a fine selection of local and Western dishes.
The main dining area of the restaurant has air conditioning. Alternatively, customers can also opt for alfresco dining at the adjacent patio.
Thistle Jumbo Burger is among the bestselling dishes here. Diners have a choice between beef and chicken patty. True to its name, Fresh prepares fresh meat patties in the kitchen. This means that the meat is ground, seasoned and shaped from scratch. You can’t get fresher patties than that!
Also sandwiched between the sesame buns are fried egg, turkey ham, cheese, fresh tomato, pineapple ring and pickled cucumber. Each burger is served with crinkle-cut fries and coleslaw on the side. Back in 2018, Thistle held a chow-down competition where each team of two had to guzzle an enormous burger with fries within 15 minutes!
Should you prefer local Minangkabau cuisine, Fresh has several authentic dishes such as Nasi Kukus Wak-Wak Berlada Bersama Terung Pipit. The restaurant also serves Cita Rasa Gerai Buffet Dinner every Friday and Saturday evening.
