Tokong Kuan Tien Keng maintains traditional practices that continue to attract devotees and inquisitive visitors. Open daily from 8 am to 12 am, the temple offers “Spirit Medium” services, where individuals seek spiritual guidance, every Friday, the first day of the lunar month, and the fifteenth day of the lunar month, starting at 9 pm.

The temple comes alive with vibrant celebrations throughout the year, including the eve of Chinese New Year, the ninth day of the first lunar month, the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, and significant occasions such as deities’ birthdays on the seventeenth day of the seventh lunar month and the first day of the eleventh lunar month. These festivities provide a glimpse into the rich cultural tapestry that is woven in Klang.

While the temple’s spiritual significance is undeniable, its architectural uniqueness is equally intriguing. Unlike the commonly seen dragon motifs on Chinese temples, Kuan Tien Keng Temple is adorned with fish carvings on its roofs, adding an element of individuality to its design.

Inside the temple, exquisite decorations reflect a deep reverence for the deities. However, visitors are kindly reminded to respect the temple’s rules and refrain from taking photographs inside.

Adjacent to the main temple, there is an open area that frequently hosts a variety of gatherings.
