Peaceful & Relaxing Dining Place

The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur is indeed a resort-style hotel, offering a serene and spacious dining ambiance that is surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility.

Indeed, the indoor dining environment at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur is equally comfortable and spacious. Whether you are dining with a small group or hosting a larger gathering, the indoor dining area caters to all.

Charcoal restaurants bring back the essence of slow and authentic dining. Embrace the unhurried experience, savor the smoky flavors, and enjoy the art of slow living.

Today’s buffet features two impressive ice sculptures that maintain their shape for at least four hours! It’s a true display of culinary artistry and adds a touch of elegance to the dining experience.

Seafood on Ice – The tiger prawns are succulent and juicy, and indulging in the shrimp heads reveals a burst of rich and creamy goodness. Also available are white clam and green mussel, along with condiments such as Ginger and Lime, Cocktail Sauce, Lemon Wedges, Red and Green Tabasco Sauce

Fushion Sushi Bar – Today’s offerings at the Fusion Sushi Bar include Chicken Floss Inari, California Maki, and Tamago Mentai Sushi.

Sashimi on Ice – For sashimi, Shake (Wild-Caught Salmon), Hon Maguro (Tuna) and Tako (Octopus) are presented today – all of which are fresh, firm, and delightful. Condiments available are Wasabi, Kikkoman Shoyu (Soy Sauce), and Gari (Pickled Ginger)

Today’s special recommendation is the innovative Nasi Lemak Sushi! Wrapped in seaweed and filled with coconut milk-infused rice (as many nasi lemak dishes lack the true coconut flavor nowadays!), topped with peanuts, dried shrimp, quill egg, and a delightful Sambal sauce. It’s like a mini version of our beloved Malaysian Nasi Lemak. Chef’s homemade Sambal sauce strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and spiciness, making it a hit even with the little ones!

And don’t miss the Nasi Lemak Sushi with Tofu Skin. The delightful sweetness of the bean curd is sure to capture the hearts of both kids and adults alike! This sushi creation is so appealing that it would make a perfect addition to any lunchbox.

Main Course Extravaganza

In the Main Course section, we can truly appreciate the creativity and dedication of the kitchen team! While there are several Malay dishes available, each one boasts its own unique and exquisite flavors, going beyond just spiciness!

Sotong Percik Buncit

This exceptional dish truly stands out! The Omelette is prepared beforehand and then thoughtfully stuffed into the tender squid (sotong). After that, the entire stuffed squid is cooked in the mouthwatering Percik sauce, allowing all the delightful flavors to meld together perfectly. This meticulous cooking method ensures that both the Omelette and the squid are infused with the rich and aromatic Percik sauce, creating a harmonious blend of taste and texture. Once you savor this unique dish, you’ll truly appreciate the culinary artistry that Chef Raduan brings to the table!
