The “Sajian Istana” theme is brought to life not only through royalty-worthy dishes, but also through the lavish decorations and service.
Every evening, be captivated by the Gamelan performance, a symphony of rich, layered textures and hypnotic rhythms that create a truly mesmerizing experience. Traditional dance further elevates the cultural depth and vibrancy of the performance. Music performances are at 6:15 PM, 8:15 PM, and 9:30 PM, while dance performances occur at 6:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:25 PM.
