Village Kopitiam (方家村) is a typical coffee shop just outside Klang Parade. This is our choice for breakfast because most eateries nearby are closed.
Nasi Lemak + Curry Chicken (RM5.90) is reasonably affordable for breakfast. The main plate is rice with sambal belacan (chili shrimp paste), anchovies, hard-boiled egg and cucumber.
Chicken curry is served in a separate bowl. The curry is reasonably good.
The plate of Mee Mamak (RM5.90) is not bad either. A squeeze of lime helps to make the noodle more appetizing.
Carrot Milk Juice (RM4.00) is our choice of drinks today. I like the “grainy” consistency of this drink as it trickles through my lips.
We also ordered a glass of Cincau (RM2.00). This iced drink is just normal; nothing particularly special about it.
