Crumbles & Cream is one of the two F&B outlets operated by Iconic Hotel; the other is Mezza9. Located next to the lobby, Crumbles & Cream allows arriving guests to enjoy some snacks while waiting to be checked in. The eatery is also open to the public.
Premium Nasi Lemak (RM28.90+) is available from 12:00pm to 10:30pm every day. It comes with a glass of Teh Tarik, which can be served hot or iced.
The platter of Premium Nasi Lemak comprises of roasted spiced chicken, soy sauce prawns, cuttlefish with sambal (chili paste), dried fish, papadum, okra (lady’s fingers), hard-boiled eggs, cucumber slices and coconut-infused rice.
The Desser-ticious Buffet is specially crafted for customers who like to sample small morsels of food. Unlike the Fisherman’s Hook Seafood Buffet at Mezza9, the Desser-ticious Buffet focuses on pastries and desserts.
The main buffet table has around a dozen types of confections. The pastries are prepared in bite-size pieces so that customers can sample them all.
Today’s choices are cupcakes, cheesecakes, opera cakes, profiteroles, éclairs, chocolate pralines and more. Customers can also request for assorted macarons, mousses and chocolate truffles from the chiller.
The chocolate fountain is perfect for people who love dark chocolate. Food items to be dipped in melted chocolate are grapes, dried apricots, candied mangoes, butter cake, savoiardi, meringue, marshmallows, cookies, crackers and wafer rolls.
Diners also enjoy free flow of Merry Me ice cream during the buffet. There are premium flavors like Strawberry Cheesecake, Sour Sorbet, Charcoal Melaka, Coconut Pandan and Lemon Butterfly-Pea. A variety of ice cream toppings are available.
As for drinks, coffee and lemon tea are kept warm in dainty teapots. Crumbles & Cream also serves espresso-based coffee, but these drinks are not included in the buffet.
The Desser-ticious Buffet is held every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The standard price is RM45.00+ per person, while children and senior citizens get 50% and 30% discount respectively. This buffet is perfect for people who have a strong affinity for pastries.
