The temple comes alive with vibrant celebrations throughout the year, including the eve of Chinese New Year, the ninth day of the first lunar month, the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, and significant occasions such as deities’ birthdays on the seventeenth day of the seventh lunar month and the first day of the eleventh lunar month. These festivities provide a glimpse into the rich cultural tapestry that is woven in Klang.

While the temple’s spiritual significance is undeniable, its architectural uniqueness is equally intriguing. Unlike the commonly seen dragon motifs on Chinese temples, Kuan Tien Keng Temple is adorned with fish carvings on its roofs, adding an element of individuality to its design.

Adjacent to the main temple, there is an open area that frequently hosts a variety of gatherings.
