Mural Art of Klang
In recent years, street murals have gained popularity in various locations, and Klang is no exception.
On June 5, 2020, Datuk Zainal Abidin Abu Hassan, the Secretary-General of KPKT, officially inaugurated the Klang Murals – Safari Art Gallery | Laman Seni Safari Royal Klang Heritage Walk, located on Jalan Tengku Kelana.
Spanning the winding alleyways of Little India on Jalan Tengku Kelana, the Klang Murals are not confined to a single painting. The murals adorn the crossroads and lanes, with a horizontal lane stretching approximately 90 meters and a vertical lane of about 70 meters.
At the end of the lanes, the Indian Muslim Mosque is visible, along with the Sultan Abdul Aziz Royal Gallery, one of the initial motivations behind these murals – to allow visitors to explore multiple heritage sites on foot.

Artistic Imagination
One mural that stands out is the imaginative depiction of a bird feeding insects to its hungry chicks, reminiscent of the caring nature of mothers.
The Ready-To-Fight Rooster?
However, some murals are partially obscured by residential objects, possibly due to communication gaps.

What are these three discussing?
Reptiles, Marine Creatures, and Dinosaurs
The presence of the KCC brand is evident throughout the murals, possibly indicating their sponsorship. It’s a commendable way to give back to the community!
