Indulge in Chef Lam Hock Hin’s 2024 signature Yee Sang, featuring Tasmanian Ocean Trout and Wasabi Longan, and the Tasmanian Ocean Trout with Crispy Rice and Assam Chilli (RM168 Nett-half portion, RM318 Nett-whole portion) and the popular Salted Egg Fish Skin & Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang (RM178 Nett-half portion, RM328 Nett-whole portion).
