Nestled on the serene shores of Putrajaya Lake, DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside stands as a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and traditional Malaysian motifs.

Makan Kitchen

The familiar name Makan Kitchen serves as the flagship eatery of the lakeside hotel.

Although Makan Kitchen has a large indoor dining section, al fresco seating is also a great choice given the beautifully landscaped surroundings.

Buffet Highlights

Similar to the classic DoubleTree Chocolate Chip Cookie, the Palm Dates Cookie starts the DoubleTree experience on a festive note. Also served is Palm Dates Punch, a sweet refreshment with a special twist of Ramadan!

The Ramadan buffet theme this year is Sajian Dulu & Kini. Diners can expect to savor a diverse spread of traditional Malay dishes from various regions around Malaysia.

Kambing Panggang Rempuh Sangai

Kambing Panggang Rempuh Sangai takes the center stage this evening. Sangai, a dry-frying technique, unlocks the full fragrance of the spices and infuses the roasted lamb with an irresistible aroma.

Kaki Lembu Bakar Sambal Bumbu is highly recommended for anyone who appreciates flavorful Malay cuisine. The smoky aroma of the grilled beef shanks mingles with the fiery notes of the marinade.

Soup Gear Box is best paired with soft buns as the latter does a great job in absorbing the essence of the flavorful soup.
