This year, Summit Hotel Subang USJ is bringing back its popular Ramadan buffet dinner. The theme this year is “Lambaian Bonda“, which features over 250 dishes including home-style hot dishes and a dozen live action stalls.
Grand Ballroom
Due to overwhelming demand, the hotel has dinner served at the Grand Ballroom instead. Get ready to be wowed as the venue is adorned with festive Ramadan decorations.

RM1 from each adult ticket goes towards supporting children at a local orphanage.
As icing on the cake, each paying customer is automatically entered into the daily lucky draw. The winners are announced throughout the evening. Prizes include hotel vouchers and household products. Also at the end of Ramadan, one lucky winner will be selected to win the grand prize: an international flight ticket!

Kambing Golek
Kambing Golek is the biggest attraction this evening. The long queue lives up to our expectations!
Marinated with spices, the lamb is loaded with natural juices and is incredibly delicious! We cannot recommend this dish highly enough.
As for condiments, mushroom sauce is a good choice. Also available are grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes.
Nasi Briyani
Another special highlight is Nasi Briyani, which is topped with Kambing Kuzi Arab. Be sure to get some before they are gone!
Served on the side are Dalca Sayur and Acar Jelatah.
Nasi Kerabu Solok Lada
Nasi Kerabu Solok Lada is a feast for the eyes and the stomach! The vibrant blue comes from the extract of bunga telang (butterfly pea flowers).
