Fine de Claire Oysters from France
Harvested from knee-deep ponds, Fine de Claire Oysters have sweet, fruity flavors thanks to the abundance of phytoplankton in the Atlantic Ocean.
Although smaller in size than its cousins, these prized oysters are succulent and juicy nevertheless.
Coffin Bay Oysters from Australia
Coffin Bay Oysters from South Australia are known for their fleshy, creamy texture. The flavor profile is milder and has a subtle “grassy” finish, possibly due to their diet of algae in the water.
Tongyeong Oysters from South Korea
The Tongyeong Oysters have more pronounced saltiness as a result of higher salinity in Korean waters.

As for Inari, these tofu pockets of rice are topped with melted cheese.
Pair your favorites with special condiments like togarashi (spice mix), sakura denbu (sweet pink flakes), ponzu (citrus-based dipping sauce) and goma (creamy sesame sauce).

Craving a comforting bowl of soup? The noodle station offers both chicken and fish broths – to be paired with noodles such as instant noodles, yee mee, yellow noodles and rice vermicelli.
We personally opted for fried fish with fish soup. This dish is simply bursting with savory flavors of the sea! We also added some chili oil for the added kick of spiciness!
