The festive spirit is officially underway at M Resort & Hotel! The 5-star resort is setting the stage for a merry celebration wrapped in ambience, flavor and a touch of holiday theater.
Festive buffet meals will be served at the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Fairway Coffee House. The dining area offers a rustic ambience designed for guests to feel warm and welcoming.
The decor incorporates wooden elements from floor to ceiling, contributing to a feeling close to Nature.

Ocean’s Best
Fresh seafood is the forte of M Resort & Hotel. Patrons can indulge in a variety of marine delicacies — all served on ice!
Irish oysters are served tableside — shucked right before your very eyes. You cannot find fresher oysters than these! You may enjoy the oysters raw, or with Tabasco sauce and lemon juice.
The ocean’s best is also presented in Japanese form — sushi and sashimi.
Making a debut this year is the à la minute Portuguese grill station. As evidenced by the long queue, this section is a huge hit!
Seafood choices are clams, mussels, prawns, squid and two types of fish: seabass and snapper!
Each seafood item is represented by a colored tag. Simply select color tags that correspond to your choices, and hand them over to the chef.
You will receive a numbered tag in return. This allows you to identify and collect your dish once it is cooked!
Holiday Roasts
The Christmas menu naturally include traditional yuletide roasts that regular customers know and love.
These classic roasts are complemented by comforting accompaniments like bread stuffing and roasted vegetables.
A World of Flavors
Contributing to the gastronomic experience are many hot dishes that feature the best of Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western cuisines.
Comfort Corner
For something warm and soupy, have a bowl of Creamy Chestnut Pumpkin Soup. Served with beef strips and croutons, the soup goes well with bread rolls too.
Alternatively if you prefer Chinese-style soup, try the Fish Maw with Seafood Soup. Add a dash of black vinegar — you will not regret this!
At the noodle station, customize a bowl with your favorite ingredients like prawns and fish balls. Today’s soup choices are chicken soup and curry laksa.
