Let’s learn how to concoct Mongolian sauce!
Today, we have the pleasure of learning how to make Chef Kong’s Mongolian sauce. This sauce is made with milk, which is a staple of Mongolian cuisine.
Mongolian sauce is a sweet, spicy, and savory sauce that is perfect for grilled meats, seafood, or vegetables.
Mongolian sauce goes well with grilled chicken skewers. Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked thoroughly. Pour over Mongolian sauce and enjoy!

Double Boiled Superior Chicken Broth with Dried Scallop, Fish Maw and Matsutake Mushroom
This soup can be said to be RED’s signature dish! Since it uses coconut water as the base, it tastes different from ordinary chicken soup with a slightly sweet flavor.
Large scallops, rich fish maw, and smooth shiitake mushrooms – these three delicacies are all top-notch! Of course, it must be the experienced Chinese chefs here who can infuse the essence of these ingredients into the soup.
Deep Fried Crispy Prawn Meat with Mango Salsa
This dish is very popular – not only because the shrimp used are very large (estimated to be XXXL size), but also because the meat is juicy and crunchy.
The shrimps are properly coated with flour and the deep-fried such that the better is crispy but the shrimps remain tender. Mango salsa is the perfect dressing to relieve greasiness.
Steamed Wild Solomon Star Grouper with Cordyceps Flower, Sliced Mushroom and Superior Soy Sauce
Wild Solomon grouper is steamed to perfection, and then topped with the chef’s special sauce. This dish is an impressive feat because the steaming must be done precisely.
The fish is very fresh because the flesh is tender and delicate. After being squeezed, the flesh returns to its original shape.
Braised Whole Abalone, Yun Nan Mushroom and Treasure Bag with Dried Scallop Sauce
This dish, which consists of abalone, scallop, fortune bag and broccoli, is a luxurious dish. The abalone is cooked in a broth made with dried scallops, which gives it a rich and flavorful taste. The abalone is incredibly soft and delicate! Despite the tenderness, there is also a hint of a satisfying chew.
The abalone is cooked to perfection, with a firm and chewy texture. The ingredients inside the fortune bags are stir-fried with a unique blend of seasonings. The chef also added some Yunnan’s specialty mushrooms, which adds a touch of sophistication to the dish.
Mini Lotus Leaf Rice with Dried Oyster
Lotus Leaf Oyster Glutinous Rice is another dish that looks ordinary but has a hidden secret!
The oil from the salted egg yolks adds a richness and savoriness, while the oysters add a briny and succulent texture. The lotus leaves add a delicate aroma that ties the dish together. The overall taste is very satisfying!
