The D’Anjung Ramadan Buffet at the Sime Darby Convention Centre (SDCC) offers an expansive “Flavours of Malaysia” feast featuring a massive variety of traditional stalls and authentic Malaysian dishes.

Running from 23rd February to 17th March 2026, the spread is organized into specialized stations that highlight regional heritage flavors.

The meal begins with the ‘Kerabu Tanjung’ station, accompanied by savory preserved items including Ikan Masin and Telur Masin.

For a more traditional start, the Ulam-Ulaman section provides fresh greens paired with intense dips like Sambal Belacan, Tempoyak, Cencaluk, and Budu.

For those who enjoy tangy fruit flavors, there is a selection of jeruk, while crisp keropok is part of the spread to add a satisfying crunch.

International palates are catered to with a Greek Salad that can be paired with assorted choices of dressings.

There are several rotation menus for the hot dishes. For example, this evening features “Masakan Panas Pantai Timur,” while other dates may showcase “Masakan Panas Selatan,” “Masakan Panas Bersejarah” (Melaka), “Masakan Panas Waris” (Negeri Sembilan), “Masakan Panas Utara” (Penang), or “Masakan Panas Lembah Klang”.

You can choose between classic white rice or the coconut-infused Nasi Dagang.

Nasi Dagang is a signature East Coast staple that provides a fragrant, textured foundation for the rich and heavy curries.

Pasembor Utara features a signature mix of Cucur Kelapa, Cucur Sayur, Tauhu, Timun, and Sengkuang served with assorted condiments.

Bubur Lambuk & Sup Kawah Warisan serves hearty Bubur Lambuk and a variety of soups containing Ayam, Daging, Kambing, or Perut topped with fresh garnishes and served with Roti.

Cendol & Air Batu Campur provides refreshing chilled desserts such as Cendol Kacang Merah and Air Batu Campur with various sweet condiments.

Buah Potong serves a healthy variety of Buah-Buahan Tempatan alongside flavorful Rojak Buah-Buahan.

Gulai Kawah offers rich and aromatic gravies like Siput Sedut Masak Lemak, Daging Tetel Asam Pedas, and Kari Ikan which are all best enjoyed with White Rice.

Kambing Panggang Serantau acts as the centerpiece featuring Roasted Whole Lamb served with Black Pepper Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, and Mint Yogurt.

The Manisan Mulut section offers a graceful landing into the world of sweets. Let’s begin with Buah Tamar.

Aneka Kuih Melayu offers a colorful selection of traditional Malay bite-sized treats for a sweet start to dessert.

Gunung Serawa Durian serves as the signature dessert which is best enjoyed alongside pieces of soft Roti.
