Let’s delve into the major highlights of the menu!

Tandoor Spring Chicken & Mandy Rice by Chef Afifi

If you are fond of Middle Eastern cuisine, Chef Afifi’s twist on the traditional Nasi Mandy is a must-try.

Rice is served with tandoor-grilled spring chicken, which is exceptionally tender.

With the lid on, burning charcoal infuses the rice with smoky aroma and flavor. Don’t miss this truly unique dish!

The broth strikes a perfect balance between savory and spicy flavors.

Kambing Bakar

As per tradition, Kambing Bakar is one of the main highlights during Ramadan. Let the skilled chefs carve succulent slices of lamb for you!

Roasted lamb goes well with the classic mint sauce. Alternatively, you may also try some tangy asam (tamarind) sauce.

Ayam Pandan Golek Warisan by Chef Fendy

Chef Fendy’s Ayam Pandan Golek Warisan is another crowd pleaser.

The chicken is slowly roasted on a rotisserie, allowing heat to be applied steadily and evenly.

Durian Stall

Diners are given wristbands upon entry. Why? Around 9 PM, the durian stall is open!

Since fresh durians are not allowed inside Pasar Baru, the durian stall is located outdoors. The signboards will guide you there, assuming that the smell of durians hasn’t already done so!

Let the chefs pry the durians apart so that you can dig in to the sweet flesh inside. Gloves are provided so that you do not need to get your hands dirty.
