Curated by Executive Chef Melvin, the buffet menu covers a wide array of fresh seafood prepared in multiple culinary styles.

Should you prefer cooked seafood, you should hit the live cooking station. The foggy effect of sublimating dry ice is a feast for your eyes! Seafood choices include prawns, squid, mussels and clams. You may also want to balance the savory ingredients with fresh vegetables.

Just hand over the raw ingredients to the chef and watch as he expertly cooks a delicious meal right before your eyes. Don’t miss the flaming wok action!
