Thus, Kam Heong-style seafood typically has a complex and aromatic flavor, with a balance of sweetness, saltiness, and spiciness. If you enjoy a bolder flavor with a thicker sauce, kam heong is the perfect choice.

Whereas Salted Egg is a popular ingredient in many Asian cuisines, known for its savory and slightly salty taste with a rich, creamy texture. The savory and slightly salty taste of the salted egg complements the natural sweetness and texture of the seafood, creating a harmonious combination. We particularly enjoyed the salted egg style this evening. The dry, sandy texture of the salted egg coating complemented the fresh and juicy seafood perfectly!
