Chef Signature Dishes

While the buffet at Citarasa Nipah presents a tempting array of options, these signature dishes are indispensable for a truly complete dining experience.

Discover another culinary treasure alongside the Kerabu Jantung Pisang: Terung Bakar. The grilled brinjal is drizzled with a unique house sauce that combines spicy and sweet notes, resulting in a perfect blend of velvety textures and vibrant flavors.

Briyani Batu Pahat

The Batu Pahat Briyani at EQ Kuala Lumpur features fragrant briyani rice, tender lamb briyani, flavorful ayam masak merah, and sides like pickled vegetables, pickled fruits, and papadams.

Briyani Rice

This exceptional rice is the perfect partner for rich and savory dishes like Lamb Briyani, where the tender, spiced lamb melts in your mouth alongside the fragrant rice.

Nasi Daging Utara

Nasi Daging Utara, a culinary gem from northern Malaysia, offers a symphony of textures and tastes. Fragrant rice and firm yet flavorful braised beef deliver an intense meaty flavor with each chew.

Ikan Bakar Garam

The salt-crusted grilling method allows the fish to steam in its own juices which helps to intensify the delicate flavors.  While the salt itself doesn’t penetrate the fish, the salt crust does impart a subtle salinity that enhances the natural sweetness of the seafood.

Masak Lemak Cili Api

Masak Lemak Cili Api, another signature offering, is a creamy and spicy coconut milk stew brimming with diverse ingredients. The coconut milk’s sweetness tempers the heat of the chilies and allows the natural tastes of the other components to shine through.
