The Ramadan buffet at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre returns with a new theme this year: Selera Ibunda. A delectable spread of traditional cooking and street food awaits, promising diners an unforgettable dining experience during the holy month.

Like previous years, the Ramadan buffet is mainly served at Sedap Restaurant, the hotel’s all-day dining outlet next to the hotel lobby.

The lavish buffet spread is not limited to the confines of Sedap Restaurant, but also extends outdoor to the hotel foyer.

Guests can enjoy a great variety of dishes from more than 10 live action stations. Get ready for some culinary surprises!

Venison Bazooka
For the adventurous palates, the Venison Bazooka is a must-try! You are unlikely to find this exotic dish anywhere else in town!

The venison has a subtle gamey undertone. The ‘bazooka’ grilling technique adds a charred note, enhancing the dish’s depth and complexity.

Gulai Kawah
No Ramadan feast is complete without Gulai Kawah. There are three dishes served this evening.

Kambing Bakar
Kambing Bakar is another crowd favorite this evening.

Bakar-Bakar
Watch as chefs expertly grill food over glowing charcoal. The irresistible smoky aroma that it creates draws a huge throng of hungry diners!

Sup Gear Box
Infused with aromatic spices, Sup Gear Box is slow-cooked to perfection. The beef broth has a rich and complex flavor, making it a popular dish during Ramadan.

Besides the titular “gearbox”, other succulent beef cuts include oxtail and ribs. Roti benggali is also provided to complement the savory soup.

Ketupat & Lemang
Lemang and ketupat palas are indispensable element of iftar meals.

The rice snacks are best enjoyed with Rendang Ayam Minang and Serunding.

Mee Udang Galah
Freshly caught freshwater prawns are pan-grilled till golden brown, releasing enticing seafood aroma in the process.

These succulent prawns are served with a choice of noodle and gravy. For the gravy, there are sour & spicy Szechuan soup and “wat tan” egg sauce.

Roti Canai & Murtabak
These freshly made flatbreads are served with pickled onions and dhal.

Roti Kapas Kukus
Have you tried Roti Kapas Kukus? “Kapas” means in “cotton” in Malay. This name is befitting as the steamed bread is soft and fluffy like cotton!

The steamed bread goes well with all sorts of fillings like barbecue pulled beef and pandan-flavored kaya.

Colek-Colek Kelate
Colek-Colek Kelate is particularly popular in Ramadan bazaars especially in Kelantan. In fact, “Kelate” is the Kelantanese pronunciation of the word “Kelantan”!

Diners can create their favorite bites from the many fried foodstuff here. Popular choices include fish balls, crabsticks and fish crackers.

Fried crabs, fried fish and fried prawns are also available to choose from.

Once the salad is complete, sweet & tangy sauce is drizzled on top as the finishing touch. You can count on Chef Zaidi who hails from Kelantan!

Goreng-Goreng
The air crackles with heat from the wok as stir-fried noodle dishes are prepared.

Nachos
Craving for Mexican snacks? Head over to this live action station to enjoy burritos and nachos!

Apam Balik
Looking for a taste of Malaysian street food? Enjoy piping hot Apam Balik with a delightful crisp!

Air Batu Campur
Air Batu Campur, or “ABC” as it is often called, is another Malaysian favorite. Made from shaved ice, this dessert is the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

Air Kelapa Pandan
Refreshing coconut water is the perfect thirst quencher. It is no wonder that these coconuts are so popular this evening!

Air Balang
Eight beverages with a different hue each, announce their presence at the Air Balang station. These colorful drinks reflect the joyful energy of the bazaar.

Kombucha
Experience the rejuvenating flavor of fresh kombucha from tap, brought to you by WonderBrew. There are two flavors this evening: Lychee and Juniper & Rosemary.

From the Pondok
The bazaar features a wooden “pondok” (shack) that evokes memories of kampung life of yesteryears. Each window serves something different: Teh Tarik, Taiyaki and classic snacks from a typical “kedai runcit” (sundry store).

Turkish Delights
Pullman KLCC is elevating the dining experience this Ramadan with Turkish delights! A rarity in town, these exquisite sweets make this year’s feast a truly memorable one.
