Taste of Indonesia: Chef Fikree’s Signatures

Chef Fikree’s culinary expertise shines through in his Indonesian signature dishes. Experience the authentic flavors of these traditional favorites, each prepared with passion and precision.

The lamb in the Nasi Kambing is marinated deeply and thoroughly, bursting with savory flavors with a subtle hint of sweetness. Fluffy basmathi rice absorbs succulent juices from the lamb, enhancing the overall gastronomic experience.

Ayam Bekaka is a traditional Sundanese dish. The chicken is marinated in a complex blend of spices, creating a depth of flavors that transcends simple roasting. Meanwhile, the skin is roasted to golden perfection. Crackling with delightful crispness, the skin presents a satisfying contrast to the tender meat beneath.
