W Kuala Lumpur is a hotel in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw away from the Petronas Twin Towers. This luxury hotel is known for its chic interior design.

Bazaar Malam

For this year’s Ramadan, W Kuala Lumpur is having a special buffet dinner every evening. Themed “Bazaar Malam“, the menu is a melting pot of Pan-Asian, Middle Eastern and local Malaysian cuisines, creating a sensory experience that goes beyond mere dining.

Dinner is served at Flock, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant on Level 8. With its sleek lines, stylish furnishings and modern design, the eatery offers a sophisticated dining experience.

An abundance of natural light streams through large windows, allowing diners wide views of the surrounding cityscape.

Dining tables come in varying shapes and sizes. Al fresco dining is also possible at Flock.

Flock’s open kitchen allows diners to witness the chefs’ culinary artistry firsthand, providing a dynamic and engaging dining experience.

The buffet menu is curated by Chef Anas, Chef De Cuisine of Flock. This evening, his team has prepared a wide variety to delicacies to delight the palate of each patron.

Signature Dishes

Wagyu Beef Brisket

It is uncommon to serve premium wagyu beef in a buffet setting, but W Kuala Lumpur is certainly not in the business of adhering to the norms! The beef brisket is well marbled, making the meat pleasantly tender and flavorful.

The brisket can be savored on its own, or stuffed into a fluffy bao bun. Sweet and spicy Korean BBQ sauce complements the rich taste of beef, while the bun makes this a satisfying handheld treat.

Lobster Roti John

Back by popular demand, the iconic Roti John Lobster takes a creative twist on the popular street food. Stuff in toasted buns are sumptuous chunks of grilled lobster. The buns are then topped with shrimp roe and sauces. Amazing!

Curry Laksa Udang Galah

Not willing to be outdone, the noodles station features large udang galah! The river prawns are succulent and sweet, making them tasty to the last morsel.

Kebab Selection

The kebab section features several varieties of Middle-Eastern roasted meats, namely Tavuk Sis (chicken shish kebab), Adana Kofte (spiced minced meat kebab) and Beef Koobideh (grilled minced beef kebab).

These grilled meats are served with flavorful sauces like cacik (yogurt & cucumber sauce), ezme (spicy tomato & pepper relish) and garlic sauce.

Flame Oven

The slow-cooked Lamb Ouzi takes the center stage. Marinated for hours with Arabic spices, the whole lamb is roasted to golden perfection. Lamb Ouzi is best paired with aromatic basmathi rice.
