
During our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya, we have the pleasure of sampling the hotel’s renowned Signature Fish Head Curry in RBG Bar & Grill. And the dish certainly exceeds our expectations!

We are truly impressed by the curry’s well-balanced flavors. The rich gravy offers soothing warmth without being overpowering, while subtle tanginess from tomatoes adds a complementing counterpoint to earthy spices. This is the ideal dish for true curry lovers!

The flavorful curry is supplemented with brinjals and lady’s fingers. These fresh vegetables enhance the dish with vibrant colors, and also allow the mouthwatering curry to reach its full potential.

Taking the center stage is a red snapper head that weights between 0.8kg and 1.2kg. The fish is really fresh as evidenced by its tender and springy texture. The portion is large enough for 2 or possibly 3 people!

Despite the generous serving, the Signature Fish Head Curry is offered at an affordable price of RM 98 only. What a bargain!

The meal includes side dishes like white rice, keropok ikan, acar jelatah, ulam-ulaman, sambal belacan and telur masin.


More hot dishes can be ordered from the à la carte menu. These add-ons are also reasonably priced.



We conclude our satisfying meal with desserts like black glutinous rice porridge, cake and fruits.

The Signature Fish Head Curry satisfies both the palate and wallet, making it the perfect choice for family dining. The restaurant only prepares limited quantities every day, so it is advisable to order this dish in advance. Reservations can be made through WhatsApp.
