The Crab-Tacular Night truly lives up to its name. Diners can expect to savor mouthwatering crab dishes prepared in a variety of styles. Let’s dig in!

Seafood on Ice is the natural starting point. Diners can indulge in chilled marine delicacies such as snow crabs, flower crabs, spanner crabs and mud crabs.





Other crustaceans like slipper lobsters and tiger prawns are available too. Enjoy them with dipping sauces like mango salsa and Thai dressing.


We highly recommend that you sample the Baked Crabs with Rock Salt. The crabs are baked in a bed of rock salt, preserving their natural sweetness and ensuring that their flesh remains succulent.

What is better than a baked crab? Two baked crabs! Go for seconds (and thirds) and enjoy to your heart’s content! Crab crackers and gloves are available upon request.

Let’s move to the Chinese station where four lovely dishes are prepared. Each dish involves crabs in one way or another.




Crabs are also prominently featured at the Malay station. These dishes are best enjoyed with rice.
