The steak is a large cut, generously drenched in flavorful mustard BBQ sauce.
In a creative twist beyond traditional stuffing, the Roasted Tom Turkey is stuffed with chicken “bak kwa”.
Butternut Squash with Chestnut Stuffing is definitely a plus to the holiday roasts. Interestingly, sweet butternut squash serves as the vessel for the hearty stuffing.
The generous carved meats are rounded out with classic holiday accompaniments such as roast vegetables and baked potatoes. As for condiments, enjoy cranberry sauce, black pepper au jus and BBQ sauce.
Tomahawk on Wheel
The Tomahawk on Wheel is another festive highlight, prepared tableside with luxurious flair.
The large cut of steak is carved fresh right before your eyes. You can have the juicy beef with chimichurri sauce, mustard or sea salt. We personally prefer to enjoy the steak with sea salt — it really accentuates the beef’s juicy goodness!
Grilled Station
Remember to visit the Grilled Station at the outdoor section too. The counter offers a tempting display of the fresh ingredients used.
Thanks to non-stop grilling on the hot plate, the air around the station is wonderfully aromatic!
Get ready to dig in and enjoy grilled items like lamb shoulder, chicken chop, jumbo chicken sausages, half-shell scallops and tiger prawns. The succulent prawns are particularly enjoyable!
Seafood On Ice
Seafood on Ice is another premium highlight of the buffet. Chilled seafood includes flower crabs, scallops, crayfish and tiger prawn. Exquisite!
Pasta on Wheel
How about some à la minute pasta? Your choice of pasta is sautéed and then tossed in a Parmesan wheel. A light torch makes the dish deliciously creamy and yummy!
Yong Tau Foo & Noodles
Yong Tau Foo offers a taste of local favorites. You get to choose your favorite pieces and have them served fresh upon request.
Meanwhile, the noodle station allows you to select your favorite noodle and ingredients. Soup options are fish, prawn and chicken. You may also add Yong Tau Foo if you want!
