Moxy caters to travelers who prefer to spend most of their time exploring outside. Therefore, the guest rooms here are made intentionally smaller through clever use of space.
There are three room types at Moxy Putrajaya: Moxy (22 sqm), Golf View (22 sqm) and Booster (28 sqm). Queen and Twin bed setups are available in most cases. The Booster room is large enough to accommodate an additional rollaway bed if needed.
Our room this time is the Moxy Queen. This stylish and tech-savvy room has motion-activated LED lighting — no more fumbling around for the switch when the room is dark!
Extra space under the bed allows you to stow away your baggage, keeping the room neat and free of clutter despite the limited space.
Looking for a wardrobe to hang your clothes? Nope, you won’t find clunky closets here! In line with Moxy’s minimalist design, the room provides practical essentials like wooden hangers on wall pegs.
There is a 55-inch flat-screen TV across the bed for your entertainment needs. In case you need to catch up on work, you will appreciate the small work desk with built-in power outlets and USB ports.
Other in-room amenities include an electronic safe and a minibar. A water boiler allows you to make a cup of coffee or tea if needed.
Craving for snacks in the middle of the night? Moxy got this covered with the complimentary “Lapar Pouch”. The snack pack contains small bites like kerepek (chips) and gummies — perfect for curbing your hunger pangs without having to leave your room!

Several pieces of gym equipment have built-in entertainment. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs!
Staying Cool
After an invigorating workout, take a rejuvenating dip in the adjacent swimming pool. This place is an oasis of tranquility.
Should you prefer to chill and master the art of doing nothing, there are in-pool loungers where you can gaze leisurely at the blue sky.
Prefer to keep your feet dry? The chic deck next to the swimming pool also provides a nice spot to hang out! If you need to quench your thirst, there is a vending machine here.
We highly recommend checking out Moxy’s swimming pool in the evening too! After sunset, the golden lighting from IOI City Mall gives off warming, mellow vibes.

Three.6.5 is the hotel’s main dining outlet. Besides serving buffet-style breakfast, the restaurant also serves à la carte lunch and dinner. On selected days, buffet dinner is served too.
The ambience here is eclectic and fun. Red brick walls, stylized graffiti art and patterned floor tiles create an energetic and youthful feel.
Buffet breakfast is served from 6:30am to 10:30am daily, offering guests a decent range of dishes to start the day.

At the à la minute egg station, you may request your eggs cooked any way you like.
Moxy Putrajaya uses cage-free eggs as part of its commitment to sustainability and humane farming.
The electric toaster is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Gluten-free bread is also available upon request.

During your extended stay at Moxy Putrajaya, do try the buffet dinners at Three.6.5 too. We highly recommend the Bazaar Malam Rabu every Wednesday evening. The buffet covers a variety of street food and is super-duper affordable!
