Of course, the grandest feast of all is the Christmas Eve Seafood Buffet Dinner. Today’s preview gives us a sneak peek into the lavish menu that will be served on the evening of 24 December 2025.

The seafood section is the most prominent section of the buffet spread.
Diners can enjoy a variety of fresh seafood served chilled on ice.
Marine delicacies include slipper lobsters, crayfish, tiger prawns, scallops, mussels and clams.
Riding on the popularity of the Bucked Out Seafood Buffet, the yuletide-themed feast also includes fresh oysters from Ireland!
Let the chef shuck these live oysters before your eyes. You can’t get fresher oysters than these!
The oysters are notably fresh and clean on the palate. It delivers a delicate hint of natural sweetness especially when lemon juice is added.
Festive Roasts
The carving section has several much-anticipated holiday delights like turkey, beef and lamb.
Condiments to go with festive roasts include beef jus, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce and tarragon mustard.

We were told that on Christmas Eve, a gigantic bluefin tuna will be sliced and served in sashimi style!
Noodle Station
Nyonya Laksa and Kitsune Udon are served at the noodle station. Just pick your preferred ingredients and the chef will handle the cooking.
Nyonya Laksa is the signature recipe of PARKROYAL COLLECTION. If you have not tasted it before, you absolutely should do so.
If you go for Kitsune Udon, remember to add several slices of smoked duck and inari (fried tofu pockets).
