The buffet is served every Sunday evening at Thyme, the hotel’s all-day dining outlet. The restaurant has a classy ambience that perfectly complements the luxurious feast that soon follows.

Forget the usual buffet line-up. This dinner offers a unique family-sharing concept that is as fun as it is fresh. Grab a bucket at the seafood station and begin curating your perfect dinner!

Indulge in the incredible selection of seafood and choose your freshest catch. Worry not about overfilling the bucket. You can always return for more helpings, cooked from scratch every time!






Once you make on your picks, it is time to choose the cooking style. Flavors available are Malay Paprik, Chinese Mala Sauce and Indian Curry Masala. Since you can enjoy multiple rounds, you can mix and match each seafood with a different style each time!

Select a colored clip that represents your desired cooking style. Attach it along with your table number, and pass your bucket of seafood to the restaurant staff.

The best part? The chef will cook them à la minute before your eyes! The open kitchen allows diners to enjoy the fantastic aroma and sizzling wok action!

Once cooked, the server will bring the cooked seafood right to your table. Gloves and aprons are provided.

Malay Paprik is a spicy stir-frying sauce with aromatic kick and a hint of sweetness. The chef combines the dish with fresh vegetables like bell peppers and broccoli.

We choose to have yabbies in Chinese Mala Sauce because these crustaceans are famously prepared this way in China.

Indian Curry Masala is a rich spiced curry with a warm and comforting profile. We especially recommend it with fish head, as the robust curry complements the mild flavor of the fish.

Curry Masala Crab is another excellent choice. The sweet crab meat blends well with the aromatic curry.

Boston Lobsters
Another delightful surprise awaits! Each guest is given a ticket for a complimentary Boston lobster! Choose the cooking style and present your ticket to the kitchen staff. Before long, your lobster of choice will be delivered piping hot to your dining table!

Lobster Thermidor is the epitome of luxurious comfort. The rich, creamy sauce perfectly complements the sweet lobster meat. A squeeze of lemon elevates the taste even further.

The gratinated crust adds a delightful savory crunch, giving the lobster a final touch of decadence.

Grilled Lobster with Zesty Lemon Butter celebrates the natural goodness from the sea. The lobster’s sweetness is brightened by lemon butter sauce, adding a tangy finish without overpowering the crustacean’s delicate flavor.

The chef’s masterful grilling technique ensures the lobster meat remains wonderfully springy and succulent.

Live Oysters
Balance hot seafood dishes with a helping of live oysters, a must-try for any oyster connoisseur!

Here, you can indulge in a premium selection of oysters. The French variant is crisp and briny, often finishing with a sweet note. Meanwhile, the Irish type is known for its intense saltiness and creamy texture.

Best of all, the chef will shuck the oysters fresh for you. You cannot get oysters any fresher than these!

Enjoy live oysters with a squeeze of fresh lemon or one of the several dipping sauces prepared.

Mignonette sauce a good choice. It is made of shallots and vinegar.

Noodle Soups
Tonight’s menu features PARKROYAL COLLECTION’s signature Nyonya Laksa and soothing Kitsune Udon Soup.

Kitsune Udon Soup is a classic dish of chewy noodles in a light dashi broth. The dish gets its name from the deep-fried tofu pouch (aburaage), which is linked to the fox spirit (kitsune) in Japanese folklore.

Main Dishes
As for Chicken Rice, sesame roast chicken is prepared. The poultry dish is tender and juicy. Its aroma is mouthwatering too!

The taste is elevated when you pair the dish with chili and spring onion sauces. Both condiments are prepared in-house and from scratch!


The Chili Crab is a rich and savory dish, featuring flower crabs stir-fried with sweet-spicy sauce. Deep-fried mantou buns are provided to take advantage of the amazing sauce.












Japanese Station
Next up is the ever-popular Japanese station, where you will find everything from hot dishes to sashimi.










Western Station
The buffet’s expansive spread continues with Western fare including a live carving station.



The Herb-Crusted Halibut is cooked to perfection. The tender and flaky fish melts in your mouth like butter. It is highly recommended!











Sweet Finale
For those with a sweet tooth, the desserts section is a dream come true. A delightful array of sweet treats awaits!











The desserts section also features teppanyaki ice cream, ice cream by the scoop and ais kacang.

Be sure to save room for some crêpes! There are several fillings to choose from. Our choice this evening is the strawberry crêpe. What a perfect conclusion for our meal!

As for drinks, there are iced cordial drinks, espresso-based coffee and Dilmah tea.
