This succulent, slow-roasted leg is expertly carved on-site and paired with a trio of aromatic local sauces: a tangy Air Asam Kerisik for a traditional touch and a spicy-tart Sambal Asam Ketumbar that balances the richness of the meat.

Ayam Bakar Bumbu Satay
This poultry dish offers a smoky and aromatic experience, featuring tender grilled chicken marinated in a rich blend of traditional spices.

Warung Makanan Sunnah
A dedicated section blending tradition with wellness. It features nutritious ingredients often referred to as “Sunnah foods,” including Kurma (dates), Zaitun (olives), Labu Kuning (pumpkin), and Talbinah (barley porridge), alongside high-protein wheat and barley bread.





Traditional Warisan Malaysia Delights
A rotating selection of heritage dishes is designed to evoke nostalgia through a variety of traditional favorites. From classic stir-fries to slow-cooked curries, these recipes bring the comforting “taste of home” to the sophisticated setting of the heart of the city.

Warung Laksa
Embark on a culinary “tour of Malaysia in a bowl” through a station that showcases the nation’s diverse regional profiles.

This selection ranges from the creamy and spiced Laksa Sarawak and the rich, fish-based Laksa Johor to the tangy Asam Laksa Penang and the unique, heritage flavors of Laksa Pahang (rotational basis).


Nostalgic Sweet & Light Bites
To satisfy your sweet tooth, the dessert spread offers a nostalgic trip down memory lane with a wide array of traditional Malay kuih-muih and sweet porridges.
