Running from 23 February to 19 March, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) brings the “Laman Tradisi” theme to life for the 2026 Ramadan season. With a spread of over 200 items, the event focuses on nostalgia and family togetherness through a classic “kampung” atmosphere.

Collaboration with Local Favorites
Beyond house-made specialties, the buffet features a collaborative stage for local icons, headlined by the renowned Nasi Kandar Saddam from Kuala Lumpur.

This Kuala Lumpur favorite is renowned for its crispy fried chicken and deeply flavorful gravies.

To eat like a local, try the kuah banjir method, where the plate is drenched in a variety of curries.

This combination creates a complex layer of flavors where every element complements the next.

The spread also includes a collaboration with Mandy Al Yemen Restaurant for authentic Nasi Mandy and Kunafa.

Pictured clockwise from top left are the fiery Sahawaq and crisp Arabic salad, accompanied by traditional Pita bread and a smooth hummus dip.

In-House Specialties
Beyond the guest stalls, the in-house selection is equally impressive. With over 200 menu items and five different rotations across the month, the culinary variety ensures a fresh experience with every visit.

Guests can enjoy a vibrant selection of Ulam-ulaman and Kerabu as the traditional appetizers to awaken the palate.

The spread offers an array of main dishes centered on beef and lamb and complemented by several special seafood preparations.

The variety ensures a different discovery at every station whether you prefer the smoky char of grilled meats or the complex spices of traditional stews.

A definite highlight from today’s spread is the Ikan Patin Masak Lemak.

The culinary journey concludes with a tribute to local desserts and beloved street food classics.

In line with WTCKL’s ESG initiatives, guests can purchase limited-edition tiffin carriers or bento containers to take home their leftovers and help minimize waste.

Beyond the dining hall, the venue ensures a complete spiritual experience by providing dedicated prayer facilities at Surau Ar-Rahman for Maghrib, Isyak, and Tarawih prayers. For those looking to secure a spot at this heritage feast, direct inquiries can be made via WhatsApp.
