Executive Chef Hj Ashar Daud presents his signature creations straight from his premier kitchen by featuring 14 specialized stalls.

The Udang Galah Masak Lemak Daun Kadok stands as the centerpiece of the evening’s feast. This signature giant prawn dish is prepared upon request to offer a rich and aromatic experience.

Stall 1: Kerabu Kak Bella
Begin your feast with a vibrant selection of traditional appetizers including Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Daging ala Thai, and Kerabu Ayam.







You can customize your plate with various local Ulam platters with Sambal Belacan, Budu, and Cencaluk for an authentic burst of flavor.

For those preferring a crunchier start, the stall also offers assorted salted fish and fresh garden salads with French or Thousand Island dressing.

Stall 2: Rojak, Rempeyek & Keropok
This stall offers a delightful crunch with classic snacks like Rojak Buah, Pasembor, and Cucur Udang served with rich peanut sauce.



You can also enjoy traditional favorites such as Samosa and a variety of crispy Rempeyek and Keropok Ikan or Sayur.




Stall 3: Warung Satay Johari
Savor the rich textures of traditional Malay staples like Bubur Lambuk, Lemang and Ketupat.




For a smoky treat, indulge in freshly grilled chicken and beef Satay accompanied by thick peanut sauce, cucumber, and onions.


Stall 4: Sup Wak Misrun
Warm your soul with a bowl of hearty, steaming soups like Sup Gearbox Kambing, Sup Ekor, or Sup Urat Keting.


You can garnish your soup with fresh spring onions, fried shallots, and a squeeze of lime to suit your personal taste.

Stall 5: Steamboat Pak Yen
Create your own custom bowl at the Yong Tau Foo Steamboat station.

You may choose from assorted Yong Tau Foo or opt for fresh greens and various mushrooms.

Chef’s noodle selection features a rotating variety of regional favorites, including Mee Kari, Sup Mee Rebus and Mee Bandung.

Mee Kari here is a standout favorite among the various noodle options available.


For those who prefer stir-fried options, you can enjoy the smoky tastes of Char Kway Teow and Mee Mamak.

Stall 7: Nasi Lemak
Nasi Lemak is served here with fragrant coconut rice and classic Sambal Bawang.

Complement your plate with assorted side dishes including sambal udang.


Stall 8: Kari Kepala Ikan Hj Ashar
Dive into the bold flavors of the ocean with the signature Kari Kepala Ikan, a spicy and aromatic fish head curry.



Stall 9: Kambing Panggang & Ikan Bakar
The highlight of this station is the succulent roasted lamb served with roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a choice of rosemary or black pepper sauce.



For seafood fans, the Ikan Bakar offers grilled fish and cockles served with spicy Air Asam Kerisik or Cili Kicap.



Stall 10: Antarabangsa
For a taste of global cuisine, this stall features international favorites like pasta and chicken shawarma.

This section presents a variety of accompanying dishes that celebrate the rich diversity and bold flavors of authentic Malay cuisine.






The menu changes regularly to ensure a fresh and diverse experience for every guest.








Stall 12: Kueh Mueh Cik Watie
Satisfy your sweet tooth with a vast selection of traditional Malay Kuih and warm desserts like Bubur Pengat.


The spread also includes modern treats such as assorted French pastries, cakes, puddings, and Arabic dates.


Stall 13: Pencuci Mulut
For a lighter finish, enjoy a selection of freshly cut seasonal fruits or the popular Pulut Mangga (Mango Sticky Rice).

The station also features an assortment of ice cream flavors to provide a cool and refreshing end to your feast.


Stall 14: 10 Jenis Air Balang
Wash down your meal with any of the ten different types of refreshing “Air Balang,” ranging from classic cordials to fruity blends.


To elevate your dining experience, the hotel will feature Persembahan Alunan Muzik Ghazal during the buffet.

Vivatel Kuala Lumpur has structured its pricing to reward early planners, with all rates conveniently listed as net prices inclusive of 6% SST. While the normal adult rate is RM 108, those bookings for the first week of Ramadan are priced at RM 98. Senior citizens aged sixty and above can dine for RM 78, while children are welcomed at RM 68.
