This Valentine’s Day, Moxy Bar Putrajaya invites guests to celebrate love in all its forms with a specially curated four-course Valentine’s Dinner, complete with wine pairing and live band entertainment, taking place at Level 18 from 7:00 PM.

Designed to take diners on an emotional and sensory journey, the Valentine’s menu tells a story — from first spark to lasting connection. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to evoke different feelings, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience from the first bite to the final dessert.

“When creating the starter and main courses, I felt excited and deeply focused,” said Chef Chatri, Moxy Bar. “I wanted the flavours to be well-balanced and to flow naturally, so guests could truly enjoy the journey from beginning to end.”

One of the highlights of the menu is the innovative approach to classic pairings. While salmon is traditionally served with mashed potatoes, Chef Chatri chose to elevate the dish by pairing it with sweet potato purée instead.

“Beurre blanc sauce already has a bright acidity,” Chef Chatri explained. “By combining it with sweet potato, we create a more balanced flavour profile — where sweetness and acidity complement each other, allowing guests to feel harmony in every bite.”

Beyond the culinary experience, Moxy Bar Putrajaya adds a meaningful, interactive touch to the evening. Guests are invited to participate in the Love Lock experience, where couples or friends can lock a padlock as a symbol of their shared memory at Moxy Bar. Guests may also leave handwritten love messages, creating a memory, reminder of a special night spent together.
