用餐前先喝口茶润润喉啊!今天上的是胎菊桂花蜜 & 小青柑。胎菊是未成完全开放的杭白菊花,也是第一批采摘的头序花蕾,经干燥加工后蒸制烘焙而成;加上清甜的桂花蜜,两者变成了微甜的花香茶。小青柑则是将普洱熟茶填入柑果再烘培/烘晒,这样喝起来的普洱茶带有自然柑香

厚片的石斑鱼的鱼皮有着丰富的胶原蛋白;火候恰到好处的鱼肉也非常新鲜爽口且弹牙;配上的浇汁并非常见的酱香咸口,反而是带有清甜的上汤 – 这道鱼确实不同于常见的中式煮法

加入传统中式少见的松露,还有跨海而来的带子 – 这道摆盘精致如 fine dining 的佳肴相当特别。特别要提的还有那粗壮的芦笋 – 直径比一般的芦笋大,但是吃起来完全无渣,芦笋的清香味非常浓郁!大概是师傅只取芦笋的上半部,并且要确保不能煮的过老,所以虽然是素菜,却也滋味无穷
