Located at the foothills of Bukit Nanas, Pacific Regency Hotel Suites is literally a stone’s throw from KL Tower. In fact, just across the road from the hotel is the entrance to the iconic landmark, where one can ride a free shuttle van to the hilltop.
Since we arrived earlier, we briefly explored the hotel.
Soi 23
The hotel’s all-day dining outlet is called Soi 23 Restaurant. As the name implies, the restaurant is located on the 23rd floor. The ambiance here is serene and elegant.

For the upcoming festive season, Chef Hafifi and his team have curated over 150 dishes for the Cita Rasa Bandar 2024 buffet dinner.
Soup Gear Box
Let’s start with the top recommendation: Soup Gear Box. Simmered with bones and aromatic spices, the Soup Gear Box is very rich and appetizing to the last drop!
As icing on the cake, use a straw to slurp up the creamy marrow inside each bone. It is an experience of pure satisfaction!
Kambing Golek
Kambing Golek is another popular delicacy during the festive season! The roasted lamb is evenly marbled, and has a tender texture that accentuates the bold flavor of mutton.
Make sure you also get a piece of the herb-marinated crust. It is really fragrant and delicious!

The Mee Curry here has distinctive curry flavor. You should really give it a try.

The Mee Mamak here is also quite good.
Pasta Station
Pasta is cooked a la minute to ensure maximum freshness. Pasta choices are macaroni, spaghetti and linguine. As for sauces, there are carbonara, pomodoro and bolognese.
