For the month of March 2025, Hilton Garden Inn Puchong will be serving buffet dinners from Wednesdays to Saturdays. In line with the spirit of “Nikmati Sajian, Eratkan Jalinan“, the hotel strives to connect people through food.

The buffet dinners will be held at The Garden Grille, the all-day restaurant next to the hotel lobby.

The festive menu is designed by Executive Chef Fadil. Chef Fadil aims to harmonize traditional Malay cooking techniques with Western culinary elements.

The buffet menu features six signature dishes that every diner should sample.

Kerabu Daging Salai (Smoked Beef Salad)

This tantalizing appetizer stimulates the palate with a balanced combination of smokiness and tang. This is achieved by infusing smoked beef with fresh herbs and zesty lime dressing.

Throughout the grilling process, the salmon fillets are repeatedly basted with special “percik” sauce. Percik sauce is a spiced coconut gravy infused with aromatic spices. The fish is then served with fresh mango salsa for a refreshing tang.
