PJ’s Bar & Grill takes advantage of the cooling breeze which seems to blow perpetually. The dining area combines wooden elements with warm lighting, creating a stylish vibe reminiscent of a chic grillhouse.

The mixologist can prepare a variety of cocktails. Apart from familiar ones, there are also signature cocktails like “The Tang of Tradition” Lychee Asam Boi and “Tropical Elegance” Passion Fruit Martini. These lovely concoctions are the perfect companions while enjoying the lovely evening. If alcohol is not your cup of tea, PJ’s Bar & Grill also offers non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails and juices.

“The Tang of Tradition” Lychee Asam Boi (foreground) is a unique blend of lychee, asam boi (salted dried plum) and vodka. This refreshing drink appeals to the local taste buds that are drawn to sweet, sour and salty tastes. As for a taste of classic sophistication, the “Tropical Elegance” Passion Fruit Martini (background) delivers zesty notes by infusing vodka with passion fruit, orange and lime.

Starters
The Grilled Octopus is cooked to perfection. The distinct smoky char on the surface perfectly contrasts the succulent tenderness of the octopus.

The Grilled Octopus comes plated with fresh pomelo carpels and pickled cabbage, enhancing the dish with sweet and tangy notes. Spicy sriracha aioli is drizzled over the top, combining all flavors to create this satisfying appetizer.

The Spanish Shrimp “Gambas” is a simple yet incredibly satisfying starter. This classic tapas dish is not only gratifying to the palate, but also immensely aromatic.

Succulent shrimp are sautéed with garlic, chili peppers and extra virgin olive oil. The prawns are fresh indeed, each one bursting with rich savoriness. Infused with garlic and chili peppers, the olive oil complements the natural sweetness of the shrimps.

The dish is best enjoyed while it is sizzling hot. We highly recommend that you use the toasted bread to mop up any remaining olive oil on the plate!

From The Grill
The grill menu takes center stage, featuring an impressive of array of steaks cooked to perfection. Highlights include the Angus Tomahawk (requires advance ordering) and Wagyu Ribeye Marble 6. There are also classic cuts like Angus Tenderloin and NZ Lamb Rack.

Our dining experience is enhanced by a personalized tableside service from Chef Afifi, who professionally bones and cuts the steaks with artful precision. With each slicing, the meats release tantalizing aroma and reveal their mouthwatering pinkness inside!


The Spanish Dry-Aged Bone-In Sirloin has rich, concentrated flavor thanks to the 60-day dry-aging process, The aging process lends the steak almost buttery texture. When cooked to medium, the interior remains tender, rosy and succulent with juice.

The Angus T-Bone Steak combines two classic cuts in one magnificent presentation. On one side, the strip steak delivers a robust, beefy flavor with firm yet tender texture. Meanwhile, the tenderloin side provides pleasant softness in mild, delicate notes.

When cooked to medium, the steak forms a smoky char on the surface that keeps the natural juices sealed in. This ensures that the interior remains incredibly succulent with perfectly blushed pink. The result? A lovely contrast between the smoky crust and juicy core in every bite!

Each entrée is served with garden vegetables and a potato dish: mashed potato or steak fries.




Two classic condiments are provided: pink peppercorn gravy and mushroom sauce. These dipping sauces complement the rich savoriness of meats.
