Seafood On Ice
Start your voyage at the Ocean Galore on Ice section. Here, you can indulge in a bountiful display of chilled, ocean-fresh delights, including Poached Tiger Prawns, Half-Shell Scallops, Flower Crab, Black and Green Mussels, and Asari Clams.


Pair your seafood with a variety of zesty sauces, or simply enjoy it on its own to savor its natural, ocean-fresh sweetness.

Sashimi
For a premium touch, the buffet also features a fresh sashimi selection with Salmon, Tuna and Octopus.


Weekend Grill
The bounty continues at the Weekend Grill, which features a vibrant selection of items marinated with herbs and spices.

Today’s offerings include grilled Ikan Kembung, tender beef, and savory lamb chops, all complemented by a variety of rich sauces.

A definite highlight is the black pepper lamb chops, which are infused with a wonderfully soothing and fragrant black pepper flavor.

Sizzling Seafood Station
A variety of sizzling, pan-toasted seafood dishes are also offered à la minute. Simply pick your preferred seafood and hand it to the chef.


The chef will then cook your selection in a style of your choice, including flavorful masak lemak, rich salted egg, zesty asam pedas or a creamy butter sauce.


There is also a selection of grilled items ready for your immediate enjoyment.


Signature Carving
A visit to The Signature Carving station is a must, especially for the tender Chermoula Leg of Lamb infused with North African spices. Though it is served with several sauces, we highly recommend you try it on its own first. The meat is so incredibly juicy and tender that you can fully appreciate its natural sweetness.

Another highlight is the Roasted Marinated Barramundi, complemented by a spicy, aromatic coconut sauce.

Today’s Specialty: Prawn Biryani Rice
A popular choice from the buffet is the aromatic Prawn Biryani Rice. Served with vegetable dhal, fish head curry, and condiments, this flavorful dish is a perfect marriage of rich Indian spices and succulent seafood.
