A sustainable neo-Indian culinary journey at Kayuputi Langkawi, 21 & 22 November 2025

Langkawi, Malaysia — The St. Regis Langkawi is proud to announce the fourth chapter of The Gastronomy Series, featuring a two-night takeover by Chef Deepanker Khosla, the visionary behind Bangkok’s celebrated Haoma – Thailand’s first urban farm and zero-waste restaurant. A Michelin One Star and Michelin Green Star chef, Khosla will bring his ethos of sustainability to the shores of Langkawi with an exclusive 7-course dinner at Kayuputi Langkawi on 21 and 22 November 2025.

Guided by his philosophy “Grow to Give Back,” Chef Khosla has redefined modern Indian cuisine through regenerative practices, sourcing ingredients that nourish both people and the planet. For his Kayuputi debut, he will craft a menu that draws inspiration from the island itself – featuring vegetables from the local markets, the freshest catch of the day, and ingredients from Langkawi’s pristine waters, harmoniously blending the island’s produce with his signature style that honors his Indian heritage. Guests can expect an immersive dining experience that balances innovation, sustainability, and storytelling on the plate.


Chef Khosla’s restaurant, Haoma, has been recognized with the Michelin One Star and Green Star for its commitment to sustainable gastronomy and recently earned global acclaim with the Star Wine List Grand Prix 2024 for the world’s best sustainable wine list. This philosophy will be echoed at Kayuputi, where each dish will be thoughtfully paired with sustainable wines, adding another layer of depth to the experience.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Andaman Sea, Kayuputi offers an elegant stage for this edition of The Gastronomy Series with Haoma Bangkok, continuing its reputation as the island’s premier fine dining destination where artful cuisine, design, and storytelling converge.
Priced at MYR 750 nett per person and MYR 950 nett with wine pairing, this experience is available on November 21 & 22, 2025 at Kayuputi Langkawi.
