Executive Chef Aizat Feisal

At Feast Restaurant on Level 3, the Citarasa Nostalgia buffet offers an intimate and boundless dining journey that reflects Malaysia’s rich multicultural palate. The experience is defined by interactive live cooking and carving stations where chefs prepare fresh dishes to order.

The buffet features an impressive array of signature dishes that showcases both time-honored techniques and modern culinary creativity.

Buffet Highlight

The absolute highlight of the spread is the Kambing Golek Nusantara, a succulent whole lamb slow-roasted for four hours to achieve a perfectly tender texture and smoky aroma.

Drawing inspiration from regional flavors, the buffet also features the famous Daging Harimau Menangis. This is a Thai-origin specialty known as ‘Suea Rong Hai’ that is beloved for its bold and savory profile.

Hoisin BBQ Lamb Ribs

Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in the Fisherman’s Catch, an oceanic feast offering unlimited fresh seafood-on-ice and a premium variety of assorted sashimi.

At Sajian Raja live station, you can select your favorite fresh catch and have it prepared à la minute to ensure peak freshness and flavor.

Choose from the signature Citarasa Pahang sauce for a local heritage twist or opt for a comforting bowl of classic Asam Pedas. For those who prefer a zesty kick, the station also offers both Tom Yam Merah and Tom Yam Putih.

A Taste of Tradition

The heart of the buffet lies in its extensive selection of hot dishes which prepared to evoke the warmth of a traditional kampung kitchen.

Guests can embark on a culinary journey across Malaysia, featuring a curated menu where each “state-specific” dish is a tribute to the hometown recipes of the hotel’s chefs.
