To ensure a seamless experience, a 48-hour advance booking is required for Roselle Coffee House (minimum 10 persons), while a 5-day notice is needed for banquet bookings (minimum 30 persons).

Pricing for the tables of 10 starts at RM2,888 nett for Fortune of Flavours, RM3,088 nett for Blazing Steed Gala, and RM3,388 nett for the premier Flaming Stallion Celebration. Guests can elevate their dining experience with premium beverage add-ons, including free-flow red or white wine for RM150 nett or a glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial for RM60 nett.

The soup combines the sweetness of dried scallops and Yacon (雪莲), a root known for its refreshing, crisp texture and natural sweetness, with the richness of abalone and Peruvian Maca (秘鲁马卡). The Maca adds a subtle earthy depth to the soup and is highly regarded for its health-boosting properties.
