The Daging Masak Hitam Sarawak is prepared with a blend of aromatic spices and distinctive hints of Sarawak pepper. One of our favorite this evening!
The menu also offers Nasi Daging Air Asam, where fragrant beef rice is served with a sharp tamarind dipping sauce.
