Themed “Citarasa Malaysia“, the menu honors the rich and timeless flavors of Malaysia.

The buffet spread is presented at Together & Co. and is available every evening from Wednesday to Friday.

The Kambing Panggang Percik is the major highlight of the buffet.

The slow-grilling process enhances the lamb by adding deep, smoky aroma.

Of course, most Malaysians are fond of turmeric-flavored Satay.


As for poultry, Ayam Rendang Hijau Minang uses green bird’s eye chilies to give sharp spiciness in the mouth.

If you prefer something not so spicy, Ayam Panggang Madu is a better choice.

Daging Masak Hitam Sarawak is prepared with distinctive hints of Sarawakian pepper. This is one of our favorites this evening!

Seafood lovers will fall in love with Udang Masak Diraja. The prawns are cooked in turmeric-based coconut sauce.

Siput Sedut Masak Lemak Cili Api presents sea snails in creamy coconut-based gravy.




Most of the dishes above go well with Nasi Daging Air Asam. The fragrant beef rice also comes with tamarind sauce.

Looking for something spicy? Grab a bowl of Curry Laksa at the noodle station.

Bihun Sup Daging Tetel is highly recommended too. This hearty dish is also available on the restaurant’s à la carte menu.
