Anchored by robust “masak kawah” specialties, the evening buffet presents a sprawling journey through heritage favorites ranging from rich Wagyu Rendang Tok to aromatic Ayam Bakar Percik.





Signature Live Stalls
The heart of the experience lies in the Live Stalls. A centerpiece of the evening is the Roasted Whole Lamb seasoned with Cajun spices.

The Roasted Lamb is prepared to be enjoyed with a variety of classic accompaniments including black pepper, rosemary and mint sauces.

Other interactive stations include a Turkish Shawarma Stall with grilled chicken and tahini sauce.

The aroma of the open charcoal grill leads us to the Satay Stall. Guests can enjoy succulent skewers of marinated beef and chicken flame-grilled to a smoky char.

These delights are served alongside traditional staples like ketupat, lemang and peanut gravy.

The fragrant aroma of spices draws guests toward the Soup Stall. The highlight here is the iconic Sup Tulang Merah, known for its rich and vibrant crimson gravy. It is served alongside Sup Ekor, a savory soup prepared from concentrated beef stock.

For those seeking traditional flavors, the stall also serves Sup Daging, Sup Babat as well as Urat Keting.

The sweet aroma of local street snacks wafts from the outdoor station, where chefs prepare crispy pisang goreng alongside the crowd-pleasing apam balik.

Prepared to order, these golden-brown apam balik are available in both classic and pandan flavors.

Guests can customize their apam balik with sweet corn, crushed peanuts, chocolate chips, strawberry jam, coconut jam (kaya) or any combination you like.

Wok-Fried Carrot Cake is prepared to order at the live station. It is tossed with bean sprouts, fresh chives and scallions.


Global Flavors & Fresh Catch
While the heart of the menu remains firmly Malaysian, the selection extends to international fare. For instance, the chilled seafood bar features ocean treasures such as snow crabs, slipper lobsters, prawns and various shellfish.


Fans of Japanese cuisine can find an array of assorted sushi and sashimi. This section features fresh selections such as salmon, maguro, octopus, white tuna accompanied by traditional condiments.

For a lighter start, the BoomGrow Salad station offers fresh greens like mizuna and radicchio paired with salad dressings.

Local appetizers are well-represented by an assortment of jeruk (pickles), keropok (crackers), ulam-ulaman (raw vegetables) and sambal (dipping sauces).

Pad Thai is cooked with a balanced blend of sauces, prawns, tofu and bean sprouts. Each serving is then garnished with crushed peanuts and chili flakes.

In a rare display of culinary precision, the chef uses hand-peeled bean sprouts—an ingredient seldom seen. The bean sprouts are meticulously trimmed on both ends, leaving only the plump, crunchy center.

The dessert landscape is a vibrant celebration of regional sweets and artisanal pastries.

The Malay kuih section is particularly attractive. It covers a diverse spread from Onde-Onde to Puteri Ayu.
