Launching 6 September 2026, Pasar Baru at Le Méridien Petaling Jaya presents the Journey of ASEAN Flavours Weekend High Tea Buffet.

Available every Sunday, guests can experience regional Southeast Asian culinary traditions served in an elegant marketplace setting.

Interactive cooking stations feature iconic Southeast Asian dishes throughout the venue. Guests can enjoy fresh tiger prawns and tender squid poached to order.

Signature homemade dipping sauces enhance the natural flavors of the poached prawns and fresh squid.

House dipping sauces heighten the natural umami of the fresh seafood. Diners can sample different flavor combinations across multiple visits to the counter.

Guests can sample fusion Vietnamese noodle creations at the same station. The noodle dish merges classic Vietnamese pho flavors with traditional Japanese elements for a unique soup experience.

Generous cuts of braised beef infuse the noodle dish with deep, hearty flavor.

The interactive carving station stands out as a major highlight during Sunday service. Chefs carve premium cuts of beef striploin and lamb leg to order throughout the afternoon.

Complementary glazes enhance the flavor of the freshly carved meats alongside traditional sides like Yorkshire pudding.

This afternoon brings a classic favorite to the lineup. The Philly cheesesteak pairs savory beef and melted cheese with a toasted bun that offers a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy center.

The Philly cheesesteak remains a must try highlight on the spread.

Another standout bread dish in this buffet lineup features impressive three foot long sandwiches.

Freshly baked in house, the soft baguettes come generously filled with classic egg or savory sliced beef.

Freshly cooked char kuey teow and oyster omelettes are made to order at the high heat wok station.

Fragrant wok hei aromas drift through the venue to build anticipation with every dish.

Oyster Omelettes

Fried rice stands out as a must try favorite that celebrates Asia’s foundational staple grain.

Freshly prepared pasta in a parmesan wheel delivers pure, creamy comfort in every bite.

Rich flavors make this station an instant hit with both adults and children.

The Japanese counter presents fresh salmon sashimi alongside savory inari pockets.

Simple and clean, these chilled specialties provide a refreshing balance to the warm dishes across the spread.

Wrapped in thin dough and filled with seasoned ingredients, these piping hot steamed dumplings make a satisfying addition to the spread.
