Meat lovers have something special to look forward to this season! DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur takes lamb dishes to new heights with its new buffet experience, The Art of Lamb.

Held at Makan Kitchen on Level 11, the buffet shines a light on the versatility of halal-certified Australian lamb through a variety of local and international recipes.

Rather than focusing solely on the standard weekend roast, the culinary team embraces an “All Cuts, Zero Waste” philosophy.

Every part of the lamb is put to good use through slow braising, roasting, grilling, currying, and smoking.

Before heading to the buffet line, learn which cooking method pairs best with each part of the lamb.

Afterward, you can also test your culinary knowledge and win prizes such as DoubleTree’s iconic chocolate chip cookies.
