This Ramadan, we are delighted to have the privilege of being invited to savor the Royal Ramadan Heritage Ramadan Buffet at Première Hotel Klang.
Dinner is served every evening from 13 March to 7 April at The Buzz, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant. This sumptuous feast captures the very essence of Ramadan traditions, offering a delightful culinary experience for all.
While indulging in delicious cookings, guests are kept entertained throughout the evening by a 4-piece live band, Asimilasi Musical.
Bubur Lambuk
As we commence our feast, let us relish in a comforting bowl of Bubur Lambuk.
Aroma Sup Istana Silam
One dish that stands out is Sup Berempah Mamak with Potato. This hearty soup combines aromatic spices with lamb, beef, beef lungs, beef tripe and chicken.
Complete your bowl of spiced soup with condiments such as celery, mushrooms, baby corn, potatoes, carrots and more.
Panggang Lagenda Baginda
Moving to the outdoor section, Panggang Lagenda Baginda takes the center stage. The lamb is perfectly marinated and roasted to perfecting, promising succulence befitting of royalty.
Also available from the grilling station are mouthwatering temptations like beef steaks, marinated fish, squid rings, prawns and sausages. Heat from charcoal infuses these goodies with smoky flavors.
Debuting this year is the Korean Fried Chicken. Crispy on the outside, the chicken goes well with spicy gochujang sauce and cheese sauce.

Moving on to traditional Malay cuisine, one of the signature dishes is Gulai Kawah Pak Long.

This section has Mee Rebus, Laksa Johor, Mee Curry Nyonya, Laksa Penang Bukit Bendera or Mee Udang Diraja on daily rotation.
Hawker Stall 2: Fried Noodles
Chef Danny’s Char Kway Teow is highly recommended. This popular stir-fried dish from Penang is a harmonious blend of flat rice noodles, eggs, bean sprouts, garlic, chives, soy sauce and chili paste. Each strand of noodle is infused with the essence of the wok, in a term called “wok hei”.
Likewise, the Fried Mee Mamak is also an excellent choice for similar reasons.
