Located in the middle of Chow Kit, Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur allows travelers to visit nearby attractions by foot. The hotel is also just a five-minute walk from the KL Monorail station, making it an ideal launchpad for exploring the rest of the city.
Due to limited parking space, Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur does not provide self-parking. Guests arriving by car are asked to utilize the 24-hour valet parking service.
Checking In
Each tower has its own reception for checking in. Kindly refer to your online booking confirmation before arriving so that you approach the correct front desk.
The normal check-in and check-out times are 3:00pm and 12:00pm respectively. Have a complimentary drink while waiting for your turn.
Dual-Key Family Room
Besides the standard guestroom, Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur has several thoughtfully-designed Family Rooms. Upon entering the main door, there are two separate doors (with own key cards) that lead into two distinct guestrooms.
This Family Room concept allows parties of four or five to have a connected space to mingle, but still maintaining some degree of privacy when needed.
Each guestroom (furnished with either Queen or Twin beds) has its own amenities: 42-inch LCD TV, adjustable air-conditioning and mini-fridge. Soundproofing between rooms is adequate.
Drinking water is provided in bottles. There is also an electric kettle if you want to make some coffee or tea.
Other amenities such as clothes iron, ironing board, hairdryer and electronic safe are provided in each room.
A small desk facilitates on-the-go productivity throughout the stay. There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel.
One of the rooms has a lounge bench next to the window. This provides a nice spot to appreciate the view outside.
Our room offers lovely views of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The majestic Petronas Twin Towers look magnificent against the blue sky.
Each guestroom has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

Fitness Center
Keep up your fitness routine at the 24-hour gym, located at the ground floor of the North Tower. Regardless which tower you are staying in, your room’s key card gives you gym access around the clock.
Equipment for cardio exercise includes treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes.
Guests who prefer weight training can use the cable machine, adjustable weight bench and dumbbells here.
Gym towers are provided. The changing rooms are also conveniently nearby.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located at rooftop of the South Tower. However, hotel guests of both towers can freely access this facility.
The outdoor pool is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Morning is a good time to come for a dip as the air is cooler and the pool is partially shaded.
Besides swimming, guests can also relax on the sunloungers and enjoy the panoramic city views.
This elevated spot commands good views of famous skyscrapers of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, such as Kuala Lumpur Tower and Merdeka 118.
