The all-day dining restaurant, Makan Kitchen, serves several festive buffets this holiday season. Themed “The Season to Savor“, the yuletide menu is a joyous tapestry of international and local cuisines.

Highlights of the Feast
Let’s begin at the carving station, where the Slow-Roasted Wagyu Beef Leg takes the center stage. The beef is slow-roasted for over 14 hours, sealing in the natural jus that makes each bite so succulent. We particularly enjoy the pink center where natural jus is concentrated at.

The beef goes well with dipping sauces like black pepper and Dijon mustard. Yorkshire pudding and sweet corn serve as side dishes.

Roast Chicken pairs well with chestnut stuffing, resulting in a savory duo that captures the essence of the holiday.

Another festive specialty this year is Baked Salmon on Cedar Plank. The fish is cooked over wood, allowing aromatic smoke from the cedar to permeate the fillet.

How about some French-style Slow Baked Lamb Neck with Mirepoix & Natural Jus? Its fork-tender texture is complemented by the sweetness of vegetables.

From the Indian kitchen, Mud Crab Dum Briyani delights the taste buds with its multi-layered savoriness. We cannot recommend this rice dish highly enough.

Goan-Style Red Snapper is another crowd-pleaser from the subcontinent. The tangy curry base really helps to induce appetite for more dishes to come.

Noodle Soup
You just need to choose your preferred soup, noodle and other ingredients. The chef will prepare a steaming bowl of noodle soup in no time. There are two types of soup — one spicy and another non-spicy.

The Wild Mushroom & Chestnut Velouté is immensely rich with earthy mushroom flavors, making every sip very satisfying.

Enjoy the soup with freshly baked bread rolls. They come in many shapes and sizes.
